You are responsible for accurate registration information. Account approval is subject to our company policy.

Do not share credentials or allow unauthorized access to your account.

Quote requests submitted through the platform do not constitute binding orders. Price, MOQ, delivery, and payment terms are confirmed only in a written quote and acceptance.

Images, specifications, and prices may change without prior notice.

All site content, images, models, and brand elements belong to Patrizio Lucca or its licensors. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.

By submitting private-label requests you confirm you own or have rights to use the designs and files you upload.

Sampling and production are governed by separate agreement or written approval.

The platform is provided «as is». Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Misuse, automated scraping, malware, or providing false information is prohibited.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms or fraudulent information.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts in Gaziantep have jurisdiction.
