Workshop and quality control visuals can be added here. (Manageable from the admin panel.)
Quality process steps
Material Inspection
All incoming raw materials (leather, soles, accessories) are checked against quality standards before production begins.
Leather / Surface Check
Each leather piece is reviewed for colour consistency, surface defects, and texture integrity.
Cutting Check
Pattern dimensions and cutting accuracy are verified before assembly.
Stitching Check
Stitch density, thread tension, and symmetry are checked for every batch.
Sole Bonding Check
The durability of the sole-to-upper bond is tested.
Pair Matching
Left-right pairs are matched for colour, size, and texture one final time.
Size & Colour Verification
Ordered size and colour breakdown is compared against the shipment one last time.
Final Quality Check
Each pair is individually inspected for overall appearance and workmanship before boxing.
Packaging & Carton Check
Boxing standards, carton labelling, and shipment readiness go through a final review.
